The Sijifeng research team ushered in a total of 40 graduate and doctoral students in the three majors of environment, safety and chemical engineering in the 2021 level. In order to allow new students to integrate into the Sijifeng family more quickly, be familiar with the teachers and students in the research group, and have a deep understanding of the work of the research group, on September 27, 2021, the research group held a meeting entitled All the teachers and students of the research group participated in the welcome conference with the theme of "Ending the Four Seasons, Working Together".

The main agenda of this meeting is: self-introduction by the 2021 freshmen of the research group; self-introduction by the teachers of the research group; the environmental and safety team leader summarizes the work of 2020-2021 on "our year"; the new team leaders Announce and deliver a speech; Professor Zhao Dongfeng introduced the relevant situation of the research group and gave a speech. The 36 masters and 4 doctoral freshmen in the school introduced themselves in the form of PPT presentations, introducing themselves from hometown, graduate school, hobbies, specialties, honors, important experiences and future plans, etc., classmates Be active and show yourself generously. After the freshmen introduced themselves, the teachers and representatives of the center also briefly introduced themselves, expressed their expectations and welcome to the freshmen, and briefly introduced their research directions.

The group leader of the research group is an important link between teachers and students. With the injection of fresh blood, the research group also ushered in the change of group leader. Liu Zhongyuan, the representative of the environmental team, and Zhao Shuang, the leader of the safety team, respectively summarized the work of “Our Year” for 2020-2021. The work and development situation were summarized, and the experience was finally imparted to the new team leader. The new team leaders also took the stage to express their gratitude for the trust of the research team and their confidence in doing their work well in the future.

At the end of the welcome conference, Professor Dongfeng Zhao made a concluding speech. Teacher Zhao made a speech from the four parts of Sijifeng team development history, research direction of the research team, culture, and scientific research achievements. He hoped that the members of the research team would truly help each other and work together. Don’t pay too much attention to the immediate gains and losses, do accumulation without utilitarian gains, and surpass unconsciously. At the same time, I also hope that the students can think critically, cultivate noble character, cultivate independent personality, and insist on free academics during graduate school. Students are required to actively cultivate interest in life and have a correct attitude in academics. At the same time, Professor Zhao Dongfeng hopes that students can seize the various opportunities provided by the large platform of the research group to actively learn knowledge and strengthen skills. At the end of the meeting, Teacher Zhao expressed his expectations for the freshmen and all the students in the research group.
