Four Seasons Wind Research Group's 2018 postgraduates' open questions and defenses were successfully held
 
On November 30, 2019, the 2018-level safety and environment postgraduate thesis opening defense report was successfully held at China University of Petroleum (East China) Nanjiao 109 and Nanjiao 211. The defense team members of the safety profession include Mr. Zhao Dongfeng, Mr. Liu Yi, Mr. Lu Shuai, Mr. Meng Yifei, Mr. Wang Wendong, Mr. Diao Rui, as well as the center experts such as Jiu Jiangbo, Yin Fabo, Zhou Chao, Liu Qinglong, etc.; members of the environmental professional defense group Including teachers Zhao Dongfeng, Wang Yongqiang, Zhang Qingdong, Liu Chunshuang, Zhang Yunbo, and experts from the center such as Ouyang Zhenyu, Sun Hui, Zhang Tingting, and Dai Anguo. All graduate students participated in this defense activity.

The students who participated in the opening defense gave a detailed report on the topic selection background, research content, technical route, innovation points and difficulties, and plan progress of the thesis research. Subsequently, the teachers and experts of the defense team put forward pertinent guidance in terms of project topic selection, research content, and research feasibility through the in-depth and simple questions, combined with the presentation of the thesis defense content, and the project topic selection, research content and research feasibility. The students in the defense also answered and recorded on-site questions from teachers and experts, and provided effective suggestions for the topic selection and later implementation of the 2018 graduate students.

The purpose of this defense activity is to use the reporter’s detailed report on my subject and the suggestions and corrections of the defense team’s teachers to find out the problems in the subject, rationally arrange and adjust the research direction of the next stage; at the same time, the students of the first degree can pass the seniors and seniors. The report understands the research situation of the research group, and makes an early plan for the career of graduate students.

After the report, Mr. Zhao Dongfeng made a summary of the opening of the 2018 postgraduates, fully affirmed the students' early efforts, and pointed out some common problems in the course of the students' project development. The opening and defense of the thesis is a process of increasing knowledge and exchanging information. The students participating in the defense can obtain valuable comments from teachers and experts to gain a deeper understanding of their own topics and clarify the next step. Direction: The students of Yanyi can also learn new knowledge and innovations from the defense content prepared by senior brothers and sisters, absorb experience from them, and lay a solid foundation for the three-year planning of graduate students.

The opening and defense of the graduation thesis is a key link in the writing stage of the graduate thesis. The research team will comprehensively manage the thesis guidance process in a rigorous and standardized spirit, strictly control the quality of teaching, and do a solid job in the guidance of thesis creation.
