The first phase of the chemical safety professional training course for hazardous chemical safety supervisors in Guangdong Province successfully concluded
 
On the morning of August 9, 2019, the completion ceremony of the Chemical Safety Professional Training Course for Hazardous Chemical Safety Supervisors in Guangdong Province was held in the lecture hall group 301, Xihuan. China University of Petroleum (East China) School of Chemical Engineering Liu Yi, deputy dean of the School of Chemical Engineering, Jiu Jiangbo, technical deputy director of the Center for Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation, Zou Xiangbo and Zhu Ming, supervisors of the Guangdong Emergency Management Department, and all members of the first training class attended the closing ceremony.

 
A retrospective video showed the intense and orderly training time in 28 days, revisiting the training process of "strict discipline, clear responsibility, increase knowledge, strengthen ability, promote communication, and broaden horizons". Afterwards, each group reported on their learning achievements and shared their experiences, and highly recognized the multi-level and all aspects of the training courses. It is agreed that this novel, in-depth and wide-ranging course design has made all the students fruitful, not only the knowledge has been enriched and optimized, but also the concept has been updated and sublimated. At the same time, I am very grateful to all the teachers who prepared the lessons carefully. I cherish the hard-earned learning opportunities very much.

 
This training is closely integrated and lively and interesting from the opening ceremony to policy theory learning, from basic knowledge to key thematic courses, from professional discussion to on-site teaching and team building. It not only improves the students’ ideological level and professional knowledge, but also promotes them. Friendship between work and study. Through the communication and experience sharing during and after class, students can continuously learn new knowledge, improve self-awareness, improve their skills, keep pace with the times, and improve their ability to combine theory and practice. The lectures of the teachers are wonderful. Based on the patient and detailed lectures, the classroom teaching methods are also witty and interesting. They are not only practical but also exciting and vivid, and are well received by the students. The 28-day intensive training not only expands the professional knowledge and abilities of the trainees, enriches the company's on-site learning and practical experience, but also extends the working method of diligence and good use, and the unity of knowledge and action.

 
Finally, Teacher Liu Yi, Teacher Jiu Jiangbo, Supervisor Zou Xiangbo, and Supervisor Zhu Ming commended outstanding groups, outstanding class members, and outstanding individuals, selected many excellent papers, and made a summary speech on the training and learning. It is emphasized that the end of the course study does not mean the end of communication, and the problems encountered in future work can still be solved for everyone and help each other.

The good results of this training course fully reflect that the center has formed a mature training system in the field of professional safety theory and technical level improvement of emergency management cadres, which has laid a solid foundation for the center to further comprehensively carry out relevant personnel training.
