Compilers of GB50160 "Code for Fire Protection Design for Petrochemical Enterprises" Dong Jijun and He Longhui give a standard interpretation report
On March 12, 2019, Dong Jijun, the leader of the national standard management team of the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises", and He Longhui, the main editor of the standard, were invited to give the second advanced training class for chemical safety compound talents with the title "GB50160" Petrochemical Enterprise Special lecture on "Partial Revision and Interpretation of Design Fire Protection Code". Teachers such as Meng Yifei, Jiu Jiangbo, Zhang Tingting and graduate students from the center attended the lecture.
Dong Jijun introduced the necessity of partial revision of GB50160 "Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises", and elaborated the key revisions in three aspects: inter-plant pipelines, petrochemical enterprise construction parks, and some content to be improved. The requirements for large-scale construction, the requirements for park construction, and the revision clauses for human and social and public environmental protection requirements are respectively analyzed, and the preparation process of partial revision of the standard is explained. Dong Jijun put forward some ideas and problems encountered in the process of standard revision, and proposed solutions for each problem, discussed key clauses, and emphasized the importance of functional zoning and fire separation distances.
