The center successfully hosted a training course on refined management of PetroChina's refining and chemical production
On October 16-20, 2018, the PetroChina Refining and Chemical Production Refined Management Training Course was successfully held in our school. This training was commissioned by the Refining and Chemical Section of China National Petroleum Corporation. Jointly hosted by the Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy-saving Technology Center.

The 50 trainees who participated in this training were from 26 PetroChina refining and chemical companies, and most of them were managers in the production and operation department. The main training content includes refining and chemical business production and operation management analysis, controlled management of major overhaul operations, refining and chemical production optimization methods and best practices, refining and chemical sector production and operation benchmarking analysis, and production and operation management and application of information systems.
This training was highly valued by the school and the refining and chemical sector of the stock company. Professor Zhao Dongfeng, the director of the Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Technology Center, and Liu Yi, the deputy dean of the School of Chemical Engineering, jointly acted as the superintendent. Teaching guidance, Deputy Director Zhong Yanyang and Deputy Director Dong Zheng of the refining and chemical sector came to the site to supervise, emphasizing the safety and disciplinary matters during the training period, and hope that the trainees will deepen the professional field exchanges with the teaching experts and brother companies through this training and exchange. Accumulated experience reserves for refined management of refining and chemical production.

During the training, Vice President Li Zhaomin, Dean Yang Chaohe of the School of Safety Supervision and Supervision (Qingdao), Professor Zhao Dongfeng, Director of the Center for Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Technology, and Zhao Yujun, Deputy General Manager of PetroChina’s Refining and Chemical Section conducted in-depth and cordial exchanges. Both parties reviewed the good past. Cooperation, together expressed the desire to continue to promote and deepen cooperation and exchanges.
