Professor Zhao Dongfeng welcomed the leaders, lecturers and all students, and briefly introduced the development and construction of Qingdao University and safety Supervision College (Qingdao).The training course was composed of 52 dangerous chemical safety supervisors from 16 safety supervision and law enforcement agencies in Qingdao. Leaders of the municipal Bureau and the school attached great importance to it and organized the training program demonstration meetings for many times.
In this training course, 14 outstanding teachers from various colleges and departments of our school will serve as lecturers or teaching assistants.In the course of the one-week training, a number of modules were set up for special lectures and seminars in different organizational forms.Arranged "based on process safety concept of the hazardous chemical materials safety supervising idea", "city refinery development model and risk evaluation system research", "dangerous chemicals production and business operation entity laws and regulations compliance to supervise and inspect the key points of analysis", "major workplace accidents of dangerous chemicals at home and abroad to case analysis and accident investigation", the foundation of the "dangerous chemicals and the" two focus a significant"Prevention and control analysis "and other expert lectures, as well as the national petroleum industry training center and other visits and learning links.In the teaching process, classroom teaching, flipped classroom, case analysis, structured discussion, experiential training, scenario simulation and other teaching methods will be combined to improve learning efficiency.
