May 15-21, sponsored by the State Administration of Work Safety, undertook by the School of Safety Supervision and Supervision of our school (Qingdao), based on the second phase of safety supervision cadres jointly carried out by the School of Chemical Engineering, the Education Development Center, and the Center for Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Technology The centralized training of trainers in rotation was successfully held. A total of 56 safety supervision cadres from 30 provinces and cities across the country participated in the training as instructors.
The training course lasts for 6 days. The training content and curriculum are closely focused on the implementation of the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Reform and Development of Work Safety", strengthening the construction of the work safety responsibility system, strengthening the standardization of safety supervision and law enforcement, and making every effort to curb major accidents , Emergency rescue and public opinion response and other five modules. The school selected 19 outstanding teachers and 3 head teachers to serve as the faculty of this training class. Their professional backgrounds are: chemical engineering, safety engineering, storage and transportation engineering, environmental engineering, thermal energy engineering, power engineering and engineering thermophysics, 12 disciplines including law, applied psychology, administrative management, organic chemical engineering, mechanical design, and economic and social history. Among the 19 teachers, there are 14 professors and associate professors, accounting for 73.7%, and 6 lecturers, accounting for 26.3%. Many teachers and technical experts from the center actively participate in the teaching team and teaching management team. The training program strictly follows the requirements of the State Administration of Work Safety. Based on the in-depth summary of the relevant experience of the "Teaching Safety Supervision and Supervision College Teacher Training Course" and the work of the first safety supervision instructor training class, the relevant departments of the school continue to organize seminars before the start of the class. Communication, trial lectures by lecturers, demonstration of training programs. At the same time, the teaching methods are optimized during the teaching process, and the teaching methods such as classroom teaching, flipped classroom, case analysis, structured seminars, experiential training, and scenario simulation are fully integrated to improve the safety supervision level and teaching ability of students. At the same time, give full play to the school's characteristics, and lead the students to visit the modern safety training environment of the school's industrial training base in groups. The tour projects include five parts: offshore drilling platform, oil production training room, drilling training room, virtual simulation innovation room and studio hall. Through the virtual simulation training technology based on the combination of virtual and reality, the detailed introduction and on-site experience of virtual simulation technology based on desktop deduction and VR and AR, the trainees have a newer understanding of modern safety training tools and improved their "teaching management" "," the cognition of "teaching methods".

The intensive training of supervisory cadres has successfully completed two faculty classes.
