On the morning of May 15, the second phase of the state Administration of Work Safety supervision training class for centralized rotation of cadres in liupei building of China University of Petroleum (East China) was successfully opened.Zhao Dongfeng, director of expert Committee of College of Safety Supervision (Qingdao) and director of Safety Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Technology Center, Hu Yigui, vice president of College of Continuing Education and faculty team of College of Safety Supervision (Qingdao) attended the opening ceremony, which was presided over by Liu Yi, deputy director of environmental and safety Engineering department.
Vice Dean Hu yigui welcomed the leaders, lecturers and all students, and briefly introduced the development and construction of the school.
Director Zhao Dongfeng pointed out that this centralized training is the first large-scale training organized by the State Administration of Safety Supervision in the country, through stratification, echelon to train 600 national safety supervision teacher cadres, including about 60 universities, the provinces and cities of the safety system 540.College of Safety Supervision (Qingdao) will carry out its work strictly in accordance with the relevant instructions of aqSIQ.During the training, 22 outstanding teachers from the school of Chemical Engineering, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, School of Storage, Transportation and Architectural Engineering, School of Economics and Management, School of Liberal Arts, Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Technology Center, Education Development Center and other schools and departments will serve as lecturers or teaching assistants.Teaching process will combine classroom teaching, flipped classroom, case analysis, structured discussion, experiential training, scenario simulation and other teaching methods, so that each "teacher" can fully understand the situation of safety production, task, master the new situation and new requirements of safety production;Master the work methods, procedures and requirements of work safety supervision and law enforcement, improve the ability of law enforcement case analysis, master the teaching rules of safety training and modern training concepts, and skillfully use the main techniques and methods of modern training.At the same time, I hope to strengthen the exchange between teaching teachers and safety supervision cadres during the school, and improve the school's discipline development level and safety supervision knowledge reserve.
This training course is by the state administration of production safety supervision and management of the organization, the safety regulation supervisory college (Qingdao) to undertake the class of the second phase of the faculty, college of chemical engineering, safety, environmental protection and energy saving technology center, the education development center jointly developed, and the safety system from all over the country 30 provinces and cities of 56 leading cadre students to attend class.Training course last week, the training content and the curriculum closely around the implementation of the "the central committee of the communist party of China, the State Council on promoting the opinions of the reform and development of safety in production areas, strengthening the construction of safe production responsibility system, strengthening law enforcement standardization construction of the safety supervision, to curb major workplace accidents, emergency rescue and public opinion to deal with the five modules.
