On March 21, 2019, Jiang Haiyi, Director of the Integrity Evaluation Office of the Hazardous Chemicals Equipment Division of China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, was invited to give a title of "Risk Assessment of Complete Equipment ( RBI) Technology and Application" thematic lecture, among which, Jiu Jiangbo, Yin Fabo, Zang Honglong and other graduate students attended the lecture.

Combining years of practical experience and research results, Jiang Haiyi statistically analyzed the causes of accidents over the years, and pointed out that the root causes of accidents were imperfect equipment design or design errors, lack of effective mechanical integrity management, and similar accidents that did not cause vigilance. .It is necessary to implement risk-based management methods to achieve intrinsic safety through equipment improvement and process optimization.Jiang Haiyi launched this lecture from four aspects: the background of RBI, the introduction of RBI technology, the support of RBI regulations and standards, and the application case of RBI and the analysis of advantages. He elaborated on the purpose of implementing RBI and the specific implementation steps of RBI technology. The application case shows the advantages of RBI technology. Based on the actual situation of the company, the students of the advanced research class discussed relevant issues with Jiang Haiyi. Through this lecture, students have deepened their knowledge and understanding of RBI technology.
