        On June 1, the third advanced training class for chemical safety compound talents held an interview and written test in our institute.       Dean Yang Chaohe expressed his welcome and thanks to the relevant business leaders and interview experts. He pointed out that with the rapid development of my country's chemical industry, the training of chemical safety talents is an important way to improve the level of chemical safety of enterprises. It also explained the training situation of the first and second chemical safety compound talents advanced training class and the preliminary enrollment of the third chemical safety compound talents advanced training class, indicating that it will further optimize on the basis of the previous training experience Training methods, teachers, courses, and resource allocation, enrich teaching modes and methods, optimize and highlight the seamless connection between chemical industry and safety, cultivate students' awareness of innovation and intrinsic safety, engineering practice ability and management level, and improve the third chemical safety compound the training quality of advanced training classes for high-level talents.       The recruitment interview and written examination were jointly organized and implemented by the School of Safety Supervision and Supervision (Qingdao), the School of Chemical Engineering, and the Center for Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Technology. After a meticulous qualification review by both schools and enterprises, 107 trainees from nearly 20 group companies and companies including PetroChina, Sinopec, AVIC, China National Chemical, Wanhua Chemical, etc. passed the qualification review and participated in admission interviews and written examinations. The interview experts consisted of 17 corporate safety executives and well-known professors in the chemical safety field of our school, Professor Zhao Dongfeng, Dean of Qingdao Safety Engineering Research Institute of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, Sun Wanfu, Director of the Chemical Registration Center of the Emergency Management Department, and China National Chemical Lu Nianming, secretary general of the Security Association, served as the leader of the three interview teams. In the interview assessment stage, the trainees will interview and report on the aspects of self-introduction, introduction of key technologies in the chemical safety field adopted by the company, and thinking about the safety issues faced by the company, as well as the basic safety knowledge principles proposed by the experts, and the safety management of the company. To answer the question. After the interview, the trainees took a written test of comprehensive chemical safety ability.

      In accordance with the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the Comprehensive Management Plan for the Safety of Hazardous Chemicals" (Guobanfa [2016] No. 88) and the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Work Safety on Strengthening the Training of Chemical Safety Talents" (Teaching Higher Education According to the requirements of (2014) No. 4), our school, as the first batch of only pilot universities, began to enroll students on a pilot basis in 2015, and has achieved fruitful results and accumulated rich training experience. The training of the advanced training class for chemical safety compound talents is guided by the basic knowledge of chemical process and new technology, and is promoted by the basic theories and technologies of safety science. It aims to cultivate a chemical safety professional who knows the process, understands safety, fine technology and knows how to manage.

      The enrolled students of the third advanced training class for chemical safety compound talents will have a two-year study, passing professional courses such as safety system engineering, chemical process safety, chemical safety design and HAZOP analysis, safety instrument integrity level analysis, and chemical safety experts. The series of lectures, professional group seminars and on-site practice have improved safety concepts, improved professional capabilities, broadened international horizons, and become an applied and compound high-level engineering technology and engineering management talent in the field of chemical safety.
