       On June 6, under the guidance of the Emergency Management Department, the China University of Petroleum (East China) and the School of Safety Supervision and Supervision (Qingdao) successfully completed the online recruitment interview for the 4th Advanced Seminar on Chemical Safety Compound Talents.22 experts from government, enterprises, scientific research institutes and universities formed an interview expert team, divided into four groups to interview nearly 80 trainees.

       In 2015, China University of Petroleum (East China), as the first batch of only pilot universities, followed the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Comprehensive Safety Management Plan for Hazardous Chemicals" (Guobanfa [2016] No. 88) and the "Ministry of Education, National Security The State Administration’s Guidance on Strengthening the Cultivation of Chemical Safety Talents (Jiaogao [2014] No. 4) requires the development of advanced training courses for compound talents in chemical safety, aiming to cultivate "knowing technology and knowing safety" for the society. Chemical safety compound talents with high technology and good management skills,Through several years of hard work, we have accumulated rich training experience and achieved fruitful results. The past three sessions have cultivated nearly 300 chemical safety compound talents.
 

 
        This time, a total of nearly 80 trainees from major enterprises, design institutes and consulting institutions including PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, China National Chemical Corporation, Sinochem, Wanhua Chemical and Dalian Hengli participated in the interview. Based on the professional background and work experience of the trainees, the interview experts inspected the trainees' professional basic knowledge and safety concept awareness level in chemical safety-related aspects.The interview process went smoothly, and the overall interview results for the trainees were good.The enrolled students of the 4th Advanced Seminar for Chemical Safety Compound Talents will have a two-year study, through the advanced learning model of "theoretical learning, production practice, and experience sharing" advanced learning mode, to systematically learn about chemical process safety and safety System engineering, chemical safety design and HAZOP analysis, safety instrument integrity level analysis and other professional courses, listen to a series of lectures by domestic and foreign chemical safety experts, participate in professional group seminars and on-site practice, so as to enhance safety concepts, improve professional capabilities, and expand internationally Vision, become an applied and compound high-level engineering technology and engineering management talent in the chemical safety field.
