      On December 18, a series of academic activities for the cultivation of chemical safety compound talents was successfully held in the multifunctional hall of Liupei Building. Wang Haoshui, former member of the party group and chief engineer of the Emergency Management Department, and a distinguished professor of China University of Petroleum (East China), was invited to use one day to give everyone a wonderful chemical safety class through special lectures and roundtable discussions on improving safety leadership.        Starting from three very typical major chemical accidents, Wang Haoshui led to the theme of "improving safety leadership and leading the safe development of enterprises".Especially the Xiangshui 3.12 accident, the analysis of the cause of the accident has been introduced, and there are many places worthy of reflection. Wang Haoshui gave his experience and insights in organizing the investigation of major accidents over the years, making the students on the scene enjoyable"Development cannot be done at the expense of human life" may seem like a slogan, but it is a real safety work. Wang Haoshui said: "Whether thinking about human life all the time is a key element in measuring the leadership of a business manager."The content of the lecture is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise, and the contradictions and problems in the safety management are accurately and thoroughly explained. The safety concept is advanced, the management measures are reasonable, and the reproducibility is strong.       Participants actively and enthusiastically asked more than 10 questions on process safety management system, chemical safety talent team construction, special operations, and double prevention mechanism construction. The answers from experts and professors are even more exciting.When the trainees raised the issue of how to implement the two specifications in actual work, when the requirements of the two specifications were different, the experts and professors took a break, "Is the implementation of the specification based on risk control or implementation for the sake of implementation? This problem is clarified, and there is no standard implementation problem."In response to the current frontier issues of safety management academic research such as production safety liability insurance, the cultivation and use of internal emergency rescue forces in enterprises, Wang Haoshui gave the latest research results from the national macro level and the corporate executives participating in the meeting from the micro level. It also explained the current difficulties and shortcomings, broadened the students' horizons, and opened up work ideas.Students and experts come and go, and the questions and answers are safe.
