2015 Fushun Petrochemical LDAR Project
December 1, 2015, Qingdao Ousai Si Environmental and Safety Technology Co., Ltd. by the Fushun Petrochemical Plant oil company commissioned the implementation of leak detection and repair three sets of oil refining equipment (LDAR) work. Upon completion of the preparatory work on pattern recognition device PID, data integration on-site listing photographed, and the establishment of a database for each seal point device. Site inspection work is divided into three groups, namely, crude oil distillation unit, FCCU, gasoline hydrogenation unit. The detection equipment toxic volatile gas detector (TVA2020C, Phx21), and uses infrared cameras to supplement testing, leak leak point suspended license. After field testing is completed, the project team promptly collect the test results and the communication with the enterprise, the leak has been repaired in time basically. The testing work for petrochemical companies means VOCs leak investigation sources, reduce VOCs emissions is important.
